Why wine?
For me, wine invokes a sense of place. It’s memory. It’s history. It’s land. It’s people. I think of hands in dirt and fruit pushing against skin, and the wine in the glass becomes something more than a drink. It’s an entire story.

And sometimes cider. Cocktails. Coffee. Whatever I sip that presents a similar sense of story.
